Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 4 business days. To ensure your pieces arrive in pristine condition and with minimal environmental impact, we carefully wrap each item in protective honeycomb paper and package it in appropriately sized boxes.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@harthen.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item(s).
