Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email orders@harthen.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to account for processing and handling; however, this fee is waived for exchanges or if you opt for store credit.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 14 business days. Please ensure items are securely packaged, as we cannot accept returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging.
